This role focuses on benchworkproduction and quality execution of removable dental prostheses, including completedentures, partial dentures, and repairs.The technician will work closely with internal teams and clinicians to ensure cases arefabricated accurately, efficiently, and according to prescribed clinical specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesBench WorkFabricate complete dentures, partial dentures, night guards, and thermoformedappliancesPerform model work including pouring, trimming, articulation, and mountingFabricate custom trays and occlusal rimsPerform teeth setup, festooning, waxing, acrylic processing, finishing, andpolishingPerform denture relines, repairs, and rebasesPerform wire bending and framework repairs and adjustmentsCase Management & Technical SupportInitiate, review, and respond to case alerts, case remarks, and internal caseticketsProvide technical troubleshooting and fabrication rationale to internal teams andcliniciansCollaborate with internal teams and clinicians to clarify prescriptions and caseinstructionsPerform and document quality control checksSupport technical billing inquiriesLab OperationsPrepare and manage lab materials, components, and tools for daily productionMaintain bench and laboratory cleanliness and organizationEnsure proper maintenance and upkeep of laboratory tools and equipmentMonitor and manage inventory of removable materials and suppliesRequirementsProven experience as a Removable Dental TechnicianStrong knowledge of removable prosthetic fabrication workflowsUnderstanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic functionExperience with full denture and partial denture fabrication and repair processesStrong attention to detail with a high level of precision and craftsmanshipAbility to manage multiple cases and meet production timelinesFamiliarity with infection control and patient health information security protocolsEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
