Recruiter (Healthcare Focused)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)

Type: Contract (potential for extension or conversion)

Overview

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring during a period of significant internal transition and organizational change. This individual will manage a high-volume requisition load across clinical and administrative positions while partnering closely with HR leadership.

The organization is operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment following a recent separation from a larger parent entity. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing hiring processes and supporting workforce growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical and administrative roles
  • Handle approximately 40 active requisitions simultaneously
  • Post job openings via ATS, LinkedIn, and external job boards
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards and direct outreach
  • Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage candidate communication, dispositioning, and offer processes
  • Partner with HR leadership to prioritize hiring needs and improve recruiting workflows
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity within ATS/HRIS systems

Ideal Experience

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare/clinical preferred, but open)
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
