They would like to find a high caliber Practice Manager in Houston, TX to support multi-location growth initiatives. This is a direct hire opportunity. Company Profile: Expanding Business Multiple Locations Healthcare Practice Manager Role: We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and marketing strategy for a growing specialty healthcare organization. This senior-level role combines oversight of clinic operations, administrative leadership, and enterprise-level marketing to support multi-location growth. Lead and optimize all operational functions, including clinic flow, patient experience, revenue cycle management, and compliance with healthcare regulations Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand recognition, patient growth, and organizational impact across multiple locations Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations and marketing with overall organizational objectives and growth strategy Build, mentor, and manage high-performing administrative and clinical support teams Analyze performance data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and ROI Serve as a key contributor in multi-location expansion and business development initiatives This role offers significant strategic influence and the opportunity to shape both the operational and marketing direction of the organization.
