About the Job Crestwood, IL | Multiple School Locations $50-$53 per hour | 2025-2026 School Year AB Staffing is seeking a
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT - Float) to support
multiple school locations in the Crestwood, IL area for the
2025-2026 school year . This position follows the academic calendar and offers
consistent weekday hours with the variety of working across campuses.
Position Details: - Location: Crestwood, IL (multiple nearby school sites)
- Schedule: Full-time school hours - 32,5 hours per week
- Contract: Full 2025-2026 school year
- Setting: School-based (K-12)
- Role Type: Float OT
- Caseload, mileage expectations, and school placements discussed prior to offer to ensure a great fit
- Weekly Pay: $1,625-$1,722.50

Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional and academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between assigned school buildings as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois OT License (OTR/L)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable floating between multiple school sites
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
