We re hiring a Clinical Director (BCBA) who wants a leadership-focused role with reduced billable expectations, strong organizational support, and the opportunity to drive high-quality clinical outcomes.
You ll step into a full-time, clinic-based leadership role focused on overseeing ABA services, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable clinic growth, with administrative and executive leadership support.
You ll practice in St. Louis, Missouri, a vibrant metro area offering affordable living, rich cultural attractions, and strong professional opportunities within a growing healthcare community.

• You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active Missouri licensure
• You hold a Master s degree or higher in a related field

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000 to $98,500+
• Performance-based bonuses
