Job Summary
MANAGER WANTED FOR A FUNKY VINTAGE CLOTHING STORE! We're looking for someone who is fun, capable, focused, responsible, patient and friendly -- experience in vintage is not necessary! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. If you do not have specific retail experience but have organization & management in another fast-paced field, feel free to reach out - for the right candidate, we may be willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead employees
• Create schedules
• Payroll
• Plan and execute sales, promotions, and seasonal events
• office organization

• scheduling clothing buying appointments for the owner
• maintain inventory systems

Qualifications

• Two years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
• Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Able to lift 40+ lbs
