Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout. Manage day-to-day project operations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management. Collaborate with preconstruction teams to support estimating, constructability reviews, and value-engineering efforts. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners to encourage repeat business. Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers to support team development.

8+ years experience in commercial construction working with a general contractor Strong oral communication and written skills. Bachelors Degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering or related field Proven success managing light industrial projects including but not limited to manufacturing facilities and warehouse distribution centers Ability to successfully manage all aspects of the projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion. Experience in healthcare construction is a must
