Purpose of the Position Ensure all commissioning and start-up activities meet project quality requirements and that systems are properly documented, tested, and accepted before handover to Operations. Key Responsibilities And Duties Set up, maintenance, and oversight of all QA documentation systems (electronic and hard copy), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability. Verify completion and quality of Inspection Test Records (ITRs) and commissioning documentation. Ensure all ITRs, system completion dossiers, and QA documentation are accurate, complete, error-free, and properly filed in accordance with project and contractual requirements. Track and manage punch lists and close-out documentation. Maintain quality records and turnover packages for final handover. Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for oil & gas projects, including commissioning phases. Experience in Document Control and CSU Dossier elaboration. Familiarity with industry quality standards and commissioning processes. Demonstrated ability to lead complex documentation processes in remote, camp-based environments. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to interface effectively with multi-disciplinary teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
