Job Title: Principal Landscape Architect

Overview

An established, design-led multidisciplinary practice is seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to join its growing team in Miami. This is a senior leadership role for a motivated professional who is passionate about shaping innovative, resilient, and high-impact environments across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
• Provide strategic direction and creative leadership to project teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to business development efforts, including pursuits and proposals
• Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff
• Ensure design excellence, technical quality, and project profitability

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Significant professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in a leadership role
• Strong design, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated success in client engagement and business development
• Knowledge of regional landscape, climate, and regulatory environments is a plus
