What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to bring their space to life.
• Assist the client throughout the selection process - Design layouts, select materials, and create stunning color schemes.
• Stay current on all surface and decorative materials, new vendors and manufacturers.
• Responsible for keeping the Starcom Design Center up-to-date on materials, fixtures, etc.
• Using 20/20, prepare 3D renderings and presentations that impress.
• Partner with project managers and installers to ensure design integrity throughout the remodeling process and to make sure every detail shines.
• Stay current with design trends, materials and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: 5+ years of kitchen/bath design experience.
• No experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person with a passion for design and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with design software (2020 Design, Revit) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Welcomes open communication and cooperation within and across departments
