Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level marketing position offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, brand promotion, event marketing, and audience engagement .
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in marketing, advertising, or event coordination within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns , including live events, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, social media content, and branded merchandise
Help coordinate event logistics , including setup, registration, and on-site event support
Represent client brands at promotional events , engaging with customers and attendees
Track and analyze campaign performance , including social media engagement, event attendance, and customer feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing efforts
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field preferred
Previous internship or experience in marketing, events, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
