About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Clinical Affairs to take on a pivotal leadership role in the development and execution of the global clinical strategy for its innovative electrophysiology technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the clinical vision, driving evidence generation for regulatory submissions, and leading a team to ensure the highest standards in clinical programs. This role demands a deep expertise in electrophysiology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide the company through global product approvals and commercialization. The Head of Clinical Affairs will also be the primary clinical voice for the company, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with the electrophysiology community. Applicants for the Head of Clinical Affairs position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of clinical research experience in the medical device industry, particularly in electrophysiology or related technologies. The role requires a proven track record in leading global pivotal trials, a strong understanding of EP clinical workflows, and expert knowledge of GCP, ISO 14155, and global clinical regulatory requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic-thinking abilities are essential. Experience with Class III cardiac implantable devices and a background in a startup or fast-growth medtech environment are also desirable.
