Position Overview We are looking for driven leaders who want to empower entrepreneurs with AI. As a Volunteer Community Manager, you will lead the creation of high-value experiences that help founders discover, learn, and apply AI — both in Silicon Valley and online. This is a high-impact volunteer role for someone who thrives on ownership, community building, and operating at the frontier of technological change. What You’ll Do Design and lead monthly meetups that bring together founders, builders, developers, and researchers. Curate compelling themes, speakers, and formats that deliver real, actionable value to entrepreneurs adopting AI. Help shape flagship events such as the Physical AI Summit and the F50 Builders Series . What We’re Looking For A natural community leader who energizes people and creates real belonging. Deep passion for AI and its real-world applications (LLMs, GenAI, robotics, autonomous systems, embodied AI, hardware, etc.). Strong execution skills — you can turn ideas into well-run events and experiences. Excellent storyteller and communicator (written + verbal) in English. Self-starter with high ownership — you take initiative and follow through. Prior experience organizing events or building communities.
