Dance Specialist -
Camp Dates: July 1st to August 11th (six weeks, camp is closed July 3rd)
Hours: 8:00 to 3:45
Camp Location: Port Washington New York
Salary: $3,400-$3,600
Ages of Campers: pre k to 6th grade
The Dance Specialist is responsible for planning and teaching dance moves, activities, and games to campers. Each dance session lasts approximately 30 to 35 minutes and is conducted with groups of about 22 campers. Applicants should have experience working with children, as well as experience planning and leading dance-based activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with demonstrated responsibility, dependability, patience, and understanding.
