We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team . In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach .

This is not a call center job —no cold calls, no scripts. Just real conversations that inspire action and create meaningful change in local communities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Nonprofit Outreach) , you’ll serve as the front-line ambassador for impactful campaigns.

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
• Engage the public with a friendly, professional, and authentic approach
• Communicate compelling messages about social causes and nonprofit missions
• Educate individuals on donation opportunities, volunteer work, and advocacy efforts
• Build lasting relationships to support long-term donor retention
• Collaborate with your team to ensure successful campaign execution
