Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and client experience. This role requires someone who can lead by example, learn quickly, and create a high-end, welcoming environment for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure a smooth workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Assist clients with custom suit consultations and styling recommendations
• Train and lead team members to maintain brand standards
• Handle appointments, scheduling, and client follow-ups
• Maintain store appearance, organization, and inventory
• Support sales goals and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking or understanding is strongly preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership or managerial experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, or menswear is a strong plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
