Sevita is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within the Personal Care & Service department. As a Caregiver, you will provide person-centered support to individuals of all ages and abilities in their homes and community, helping them live life to the fullest. You will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation, while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You will support individuals with mobility and transfers, accompany them to appointments or community outings, and offer companionship and emotional support. You will follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in physical or behavioral condition, and collaborate closely with supervisors, clinicians, families, and other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care. In this role, you will maintain accurate documentation of services provided, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and uphold Sevita’s commitment to empathy, respect, and inclusion.
