Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based health care services, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our Personal Care & Service team in the Healthcare & Medical Services industry. As a Caregiver with Sevita, you will provide person-centered support to individuals of all ages and abilities, helping them live life to the fullest in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation, while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You will support individuals with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment, monitor and report changes in physical or behavioral health, and follow individualized care plans created by clinical and supervisory staff. In this role, you may provide companionship, social and recreational support, transportation to appointments or community activities, and basic household tasks including light housekeeping and laundry. You will accurately document care and services provided, follow all health, safety, and infection-control procedures, and collaborate closely with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
