You will provide supervision and support to BHT/RBT staff on your caseload, ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery.This is an in-field position serving clients throughout the Philadelphia area.Full-time, part-time and 1099 opportunities available.Weekday, evening, and weekend sessions available.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments, create treatment goals, and monitor progress.Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans.Provide direct services and supervise RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts.Collaborate with the ABA team and families to ensure quality, compliant care.QualificationsBCBA certification required.Masters degree in a related field.23 years of ABA experience.Knowledge of regulations, supervision standards, and documentation.Strong communication and teamwork skills.BenefitsCompetitive pay:Flexible Pay Bonus StructureEmployees choose their weekly billable hour target starting at 20 hours per week.
