Compensation and Benefits - $80,000–$90,000 salary (based on experience) - 200 hours of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) per year - 9 paid holidays - $500 annual CEU stipend - Paid BACB renewal fees - Relocation assistance - Student loan repayment support - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Life and Disability (short-term and long-term) Insurance - Mostly on-site role with one remote day per week - Protected focus time - Dedicated administrative support for scheduling and billing What You Bring - Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field - Active BCBA certification - Commitment to ethical, high-quality care - Collaborative mindset and leadership presence Why Now?
