Associate Project Manager, Localization (6-month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Remote – Ireland Position Type: 6‑month fixed term contract Mission: The Localization team transforms how HubSpot grows internationally by providing transparent, high‑quality localization services that empower our global customers and internal partners. The project manager plays a pivotal role in supporting internal teams and partners, coordinating with internal linguistic experts, and liaising with external translation vendors. Challenge: Advocate for a company‑wide “global first” approach and manage the large volume of content that HubSpot produces for translation. Planning and coordination are vital to successful localization project delivery. Responsibilities Liaise with HubSpoters across the business to scope, package, execute, manage and deliver localization projects. Communicate proactively with all process participants throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain positive relationships with translation agency partners. Nurture relationships with HubSpoters, serving as the voice for our global customer in company initiatives. Document and support optimization of localization project management workflows. Report opportunities to improve and create an increasingly efficient and automated localization system. Follow established processes and be a proactive team player focused on supporting senior team members. Support the localization team in ensuring budgetary adherence for project‑based quotes and overall quarterly program spend. Qualifications 1+ year of project management experience, in a translation agency, localization agency, or in‑house localization team. Vendor management experience and ability to build working relationships with vendor representatives. Knowledge of standard CMS, TMS, CAT & TM tools. Experience with marketing content localization; familiarity with inbound marketing and other online marketing techniques. Experience working in a global team and ability to be a self‑starter.
