This announcement will fill multiple permanent Assistant U.S. Attorney appointments in the Appellate Division. This is an open, continuous announcement that will close no later than September 30, 2026. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least one (1) year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. United States citizenship is required.
