General duties include overseeing the daily activities and deliverables of an HR specialist, managing recruitment and staffing processes, serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, facilitating employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting with performance evaluations, maintaining and updating employee information in human resource systems, and supporting workplace safety initiatives.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, 5+ years of experience in human resources, strong knowledge of HR best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and ability to enable, empower, monitor, and improve individual and team performance.
